G-ST-P / HTB-gaskets
The G-ST gasket for higher thermal load capacity, is a gasket consisting of a comb-profiled back-up ring made of stainless steel 1.4571, with graphite coating on both sides and elastomer gasket lip made of NBR-DUO-EL. This gasket is used in particular in the field of house connection technology and in fire extinguishing systems.
Certified according to DIN EN 682, DIN EN 681-1 and DIN 30653 (formerly VP401), the G-ST/HTB meets all necessary requirements.
The special design and combination of different materials effectively eliminates problems that can occur with pure graphite gaskets during bead breaking or in operation afterwards.
